If so, what do you think makes a good opening to a film?

Build tension and us unpredictable

A good opening in any genre of film will be action packed whilst creating more questions

One that builds tension and does not leave the rest of the movie predictable

A beginning that doesnt make you guess what is going to happen

One thats gets you excited straight away

bare dark heavy sounds and like voice overs or something

Slow build up to build suspense

Something that engages me. I want there to be something i.e action or sometjing significant that makes me want to watch more.
